So it’s been just over a year since I got a free trip to Toronto with one of my oldest, dearest friends.  She won a hairdressing competition for Saskatchewan and became a finalist for the national competition. I just happened to be her model!  So they flew us to Toronto, and we had a blast.. I got makeup done by an artist to the stars (such as lady gaga & adam lambert to name a couple!) was dressed by an international fashion stylist, and was photographed by an award winning photographer whose work has been on the cover of Vogue etc… I got the star treatment! Then I got published in CAnadian Hairdresser magazine! It was a once in a lifetime experience, and I loved and will not forget every moment of it. So here I am in the magazine. Even my family didn’t recognize me!  She didn’t win finals, but it was quite the experience anyway!

Day 201 – I’m not much of a diver, but I’ll sit on the board anytime!

Day 202 – These photo’s were actually taken on two different days! We spent a lot of time at the in-laws in their pool this week, but I never forgot about 365!  The guys kept knocking the ball out of the water – My turn to get it…

It’s a milestone day, but also a sad one.. Today we lost my little buddy Jacob. May he rest in peace.. Miss you already little buddy..

There, all caught up again.. I was watching the sunset out my window, and thought I’d capture this quiet moment! 🙂

My printing calculator at work died. We had a special bond. We worked well together for 8 short years. And I knew it was failing, but today I got to work and it did not wake up. Farewell dear friend… farewell.   So this is my new one. We already have a special bond.. it was love at first touch haha.. see me?

Totally forgot to post yesterday! Having too much fun with our Kelowna friends!  So this one is for yesterday, and I will post today’s later on.. This is at my work, the waterslide is on the other side of those windows!  I’m dissapointed that my eyes are closed and I have a sour look on my face, but I wasn’t going to try and line that up again, all I had was my little canon and no tripod, just leaves! haha.. hope you like it!

I bought some new props for my photo booth today, and this one just killed me!  I thought it was a good look to go with my “Skinny Girl White Cranberry Cosmo”!  meowwwr  lol

Our friends from Kelowna have arrived for a week!  It’s our annual “alcoholiday”. This is our first night, and as most nights go, it starts with a good game of beersbee  8)
