Well, it’s been so crazy cold this past week. Doesn’t really give one much will to go outside and sit in the hot tub does it.. yeah the body is warm, but what about the ears?  Well, we bought a solution! HEre is my official Roughrider Hot Tub Toque! Also, picture for day 11.  I hope it will actually warm up though like they say its supposed to, I need to get outside and do some shooting!

Double Digits!  This is feeling tough now… I’m running out of ideas already! Maybe it’s the weather.. -40 with wind really keeps a person indoors.. so I made some cookies.. I used my ipod to take this picture, it looked better on there than it does here..

I need the weather to warm up so I can get some better shots!

Whoa! Sorry readers I fell a little behind on my blogging of my daily entries!  I did post them daily to the actual contest forum, but didn’t make it over here for some (lazy) reason!  So here you go.

I have a wicked idea for a picture in this frigid -36 temperature we have right now (-46 with the wind!). I just hope it works out!

Here is today’s challenge post. It’s me getting kisses from my princess, Oakley. I figured it was her turn to be in the spotlight with me!

It’s so wonderful that we finally got some snow!  We are in a city where snow is no stranger, but this year I got the feeling that it felt it wasn’t welcome! So finally today, we have a fresh new thick blanket of snow to play in!  I do think we got enough to last us the rest of the season though! I’m happy with this, but no more please!  I don’t think the dogs were impressed either.. poor Oakley had her little belly dragging in the snow while she tried to find her “spot” and Spy took one look out there and turned back around.. And then they couldn’t find the stairs to get down!! Poor little critters..

I had a little bit of inspiration while getting ready for my day.. This took quite the setup, and a few tries to get it right, but I’m pretty happy with it!

Well, here’s another one, with my buddy Spy. It’s him lining up, and then jumping for his ball, but from a different kind of view!  🙂  Can’t wait to show you day 5! I’m already feeling more creative!

So, I was making dinner, a Calabrian Potato Blend, to go with our chicken, and I looked down and there I was in the stovetop! So, that obviously became Day 3’s picture.. 😛

I was trying to think up unique ways to take pictures of myself for the next 365 days, I don’t think this will be too easy!! Especially since I am so picky about pictures of myself!  I guess that’s what makes this so scary, but a fantastic challenge! Will I make it? Let’s wait and see!  Here is today’s picture.
